3 Step Skincare

However, this doesn’t mean that you should use harsh cleansers that will strip your skin of its natural moisture. Also you shouldn’t wash your face constantly because that too will strip your face of moisture and quite possibly give you a rash.

Instead, use a mild cleanser 3-4 times per day on your face. When choosing a cleanser or soap, try to choose one that uses natural ingredients as opposed to chemical based ingredients. Chemicals will clog your pores and it’s possible to suffer an allergic reaction to them.

If you use a facecloth, make sure the cloth is clean before using it. Also, make sure that the cloth isn’t too harsh. It should be soft and feel good on your skin. Never rub excessively hard, either. Again, this will just lead to rashes.

If you eat oily foods, you’re more apt to have oily skin and develop acne. If you eat natural, healthy foods, your skin will thank you. Instead of eating processed, oily foods, try to eat fruits and vegetables as much as possible. Fruits and vegetables contain vitamins and minerals that your body desperately needs to keep your skin healthy. You should also drink water constantly throughout the day to avoid dehydration. Water also helps your body flush out harmful toxins.

Step 3

Your skin relies on your circulation to stay healthy. That’s why exercise is the third step in our 3 step skincare system. Not only does exercise improve your circulation, it also makes you sweat, which flushes out the pores of your skin and keeps it healthy.

Exercise, diet and cleanliness are the three most important factors when it comes to skincare. You can buy all of the most expensive skincare products in the world, but if you don’t look after the three steps described in this article, your skin will still suffer the consequences.
