Tanning booths are safe
Tanning can lead to cancer and premature aging. Even though a tanning booth may not contain UVB rays, it does contain UVA rays that penetrate deeper into the skin.
The higher the SPF, the better the protection is also not true because the SPF on a sunscreen product only offers the protection from UVB rays or sunburns. When choosing a sunscreen you should select one that is broad spectrum and protects against both UVA and UVB rays.
You don’t need sunscreen on a cloudy day is not true because UV radiation still reaches the earth’s surface. It is still important to apply sunscreen.
Expensive skin care products work best is also not true. Many natural face care products that are found in your local drugstores work just as well.
Scrubbing your face with soap and water produces healthy skin and you will remain acne free. When you scrub your face you are removing protective oils which can then lead to rashes and burns. It is better to cleanse your face gently then apply a moisturizer and sunscreen.
